Chicken Alfredowith mushrooms and parsley
This super-luxurious chicken Alfredo features Italian pasta drenched in a rich parmesan sauce filled with juicy chicken strips and fried mushrooms. A perfect antidote to hunger pangs.

Medium stove top temperature. Remove sleeve and film.
Place food into a non-stick pot, heat slowly with a lid on, stirring intermittently, bring to a gentle simmer
Oven
Defrosted
400g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 20-25 minutes.
800g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 30-35 minutes.

Heat for 40 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.

Heat for 60 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 10-15 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 2 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 5 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-3 minutes.
