Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 5 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 5-7 minutes.
Total cooking time: 10-12 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 1 minute, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes if needed.
500g (Serves 2-4)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 3 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-3 minutes.
Frozen

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 4 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-4 minutes if needed.
